Mechanic

• Diagnose and repair all types of company equipment, including but not limited to haul trucks, pickups and support equipment.
• Work independently on all levels of repair processes including diagnostics, research, repair, testing and inspection.
• Locate and develop technical support with various manufacturers as needed.
• Locate and develop parts support, and differentiate parts to be outsource via third party for cost control measures.
• Repair parts, weld, and operate equipment necessary as a part of the repair process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience with diesel and heavy equipment repair required
• Good mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of heavy equipment, haul truck, and light truck maintenance and repair. 
• Strong team player
• Experience reading electrical schematics preferred
• Hydraulic and mechanical experience with industrial equipment
• Experience with diesel powered vehicles helpful.
